- This requirement is for a definite quantity firm fixed price contract for NSN 2680-00-181-4023, “Screwjack Assembly, Actuator”, requirement document 0020572120, and approved source of supply: Moog, Inc. (0ZWK8). Item is identified as critical application, Origin inspection required, FOB Origin; DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Total quantity is 7 pieces. All items 7 pieces have a required delivery of 311 days ARO to Hill AFB, UT. Requirement solicited as "Other than Full and Open Competition" as we have only one approved source and unrestricted. 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). ABVS applies- The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
