While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. In accordance with DFAR 237.7302, with award authority of 10 USC 2304 (a) (1) and 10 USC 2360, the Naval Undersea Warfare Center intends to award this contract to a non-profit educational institution.
