- USACE, ERDC Contracting Office proposes to issue a sole source award to Thomson Reuters (Scientific), Inc., 3501 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104-3302. The purpose of the award is for the vendor to provide electronic access to Web of Knowledge databases, including Current Contents Connect, Journal Citation Reports and Web of Science. The term of the subscription is 01 January 2009 through 31 December 2009. Thomson Reuters (Scientific), Inc. is the sole distributor and provider of electronic access to these journals. A firm-fixed price award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Any other responsible source able to provide the supplies is encouraged to respond to this announcement within 5 days after its publication. This is not a request for quotations and there is no solicitation available at this time.
