- ***UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT***NSN: 5342-01-398-2835. End Item Application: FIGHTING VEHICLE SYSTEMS, BRADLEY (BFVS) This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Cap Filler Opening. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There is one approved sources of supply, Wisco Products, Incorporated, Cage10203, Part Number 10203-C3920-6. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) are as follows: Base Year AEQ: 936 each, Option Year EAQ: 936 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 6a days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described may not be available and may not be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 05 January 2009. The anticipated award date is 05 May 2009. Other than full and open competition applies. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
