- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. *** This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number F3W1078311A001. Quotes shall be submitted in English language! All offerors shall be CCR (http://www.ccr.gov) registered in accordance with the CCR requirements at FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt. A to be eligible for award. *** This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27.
