- The Military Sealift Fleet Support Command has a requirement for the upcoming Mid-Term Availability of the USNS SUPPLY (T-AOE 6). The period of performance for this requirement is to commence 18 Many 2009 for a period of forty-two (42) days. This requirement will be solicited on a full and open basis to current MSRA holders. Major work items include: AMR BILGE PRESERVATION, OVHD 04-566-1, SSDG EXHAUST STACK EXTENSION & NOZZLE INSTALLATION, 1A LINESHAFT BEARING SEAL LEAKAGE, SWITCHBOARD AND CONTROLLER CLEANING, WEATHER DECK ELECTRICAL WIRE STANDS 400HZ STATIC FREQUENCY CONVERTERS INSTALLATION & TEST, RADAR AND ECDIS PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, GMDSS SAFETY RADIO CERTIFICATION GYRO SYSTEM PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, WARPING CAPSTAN 1 AND 2 REPAIR, ENGINE ROOM RECIRC COIL REPLACEMENT, FIREMAIN VALVES RENEWAL, CARGO REEFER COMPRESSOR REPAIR, ENGINE ROOM EDUCTOR INSTALLATION, REPLACE AC PLANT BTFLY ISOL VLVS, REFURBISH OF THE NO. 2 DOMESTIC REFRIGERATION, REFURBISH OF THE NO. 3, & 4 AC PLANTS, EXHAUST UPTAKES INSPECTION, CLEANING & REPAIRS, SSDG #4, BEARING CHECK, AND GENERATOR CLEAN, WOODWARD GOVERNOR OVHL SSDG 3 AND 4, LIFE RAFT ANNUAL CERTIFICATIONS RHIB BOAT DAVIT, WIRE REPLACEMENT CPC INSTALL & DECK TILE RENEWAL, GALLEY SCULLERY EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE, FWD MSD COOLING COIL INSTALL, AFT MSD COOLING COIL, INSTALL Sliding block and transfer head chain replacement, FLIGHT DK NON SKID, FLIGHT DECK SAFETY NETS. The estimated issued date for this solicitation is 2 February 2009 with an estimated closing date of 13 March 2009.
