- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to solicit, on a Sole Source basis, Engenium Technologies Corporation (ETC), to provide support required to integrate the existing ETC radio and ground station into an on-going Office of Naval Research (ONR) sponsored project. ETC designed and fabricated the radios, signal processing, and ground stations that were selected by ONR for use on this project. No other company can provide the required system engineering for integration of the ETC equipment into the ONR project, since the design of the equipment is proprietary to ETC and the government does not have rights to the technical data that would be required to provide the support. NAICS CODE is 541330. Small Business Size Standard is $27M. FSC is R425.
