- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to provide janitorial services under a performance based service contract at the National Weather Service Forecast Office, 10009 General Mahone Highway, Wakefield, VA 23888. Period of Performance is January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009, with four additional one-year options. The applicable NAICS number is 561720 and the small business size standard is $15.0 million annually. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business and is intended for award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial items. The Request for Quotations is only available on line by downloading from this site. All contractors that intend on providing a proposal are requested to email Janie Laferty at Janie.M.Laferty@noaa.gov and provide your company name, phone number and point of contact. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, ALL CONTRACTORS must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for an award of a Federal contract. For information regarding registration in CCR contact the CCR website at www.ccr.gov/index.cfm. Contractors are asked to provide their (DUNS) Dun and Bradstreet nine digit number along with their quotation. Quotes can be faxed to 757-441-3786 or mailed to U.S. Dept. of Commerce, NOAA, Eastern Region Acquisition Division, 200 Granby Street, Room 815, Norfolk, VA 23510. No telephone requests will be honored. This is a Commercial Acquisition and Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 12 apply.
