- The U.S. Census Bureau in Jeffersonville, Indiana intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis, on-line data serviceS from First Data Solutions LLC, 6902 Pine Street, Omaha, NE 68106. This sole source procurement is for the "FastData" product that provides integrated access to multiple databases via a dedicated line, thereby insuring the safe and secure processing of sensitive information being processed for and between the Census Bureau's Telephone Centers in Jeffersonville Indiana, Tucson Arizona, and Hagerstown Maryland. A solicitation does not exist for this action. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to submit a proposal to provide the required service
