Description
Solicitation number, SPM4A6-09-R-0172, IQC08232009018, Stock Number, 5342-01-382-5021, Mount, Resilient, Weapon System. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, other than Full and Open Competition. Surge and Sustainment are not applicable. Configuration Control, Critical Item and Shelf Life application. NSN is Type 1 (8 years) Shelf Life. Materiel furnished shall have at least 85% of the shelf life at time of delivery. Shelf life markings (Cure and Expiration dates) shall be in accordance with the latest revision of Mil-STD-129, and shall be shown in calendar year and quarter. Expiration shall be 8 years from cure date. Approved sources of supply: BAE Systems Tactical Vehicle, Cage 0FW39, Part Number, 12144590 and Barry Wright Corporation, Cage 81860, Part Number: 216112. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity contract for one base year plus four (4) options years. The Estimated Annual demand (EAD) for the base year is 2,054 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option thereafter is 514 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter is 2,054 each. Maximum Annual Contract quantity is 4,109 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 144 days ARO. Automated Best Value Stems applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
