The Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS) requires: 2009 Subscription of Safety Smart On-Line Enterprise Edition (Network Usage) 1800 users, 01 EA. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, award will be made to Bongarde they are the owner of the software and are the only known source who can provide this support. If there are any other firms who can satisfy this requirement, please submit a proposal by close of business 18 Dec 2008.
