- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC), Office of the Adjutant General (TAG), Army Continuing Education System (ACES), and the Personnel Information Systems Directorate (PERSINSD) intends to award a sole source contract to Evolver, Inc., 11150 Sunset Hills Rd., Ste. 120, Reston, VA 20190 pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The requirement is to provide the Army Continuing Education System all the support services required to assist Army education professionals in the delivery of adult education programs and services at sites throughout the world. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611710 (Educational Support Services) with a small business size standard of $7.0M. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within the seven (7) days of this announcements posting date of 15 December 2008. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon any responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
