- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 - THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFQ/RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for: -Two (2) submersible pumps for lift stations, 3 HP 460/3/60 4 " flange discharge, NSN 4320P0179952520, PR FE 252082550016 -Two (2) hydromatic submersible pumps, 40 HP, 3PH, 460V, NSN 4320P0172352520, PR FE252082530047 -Two (2) submersible pumps, 2 HP, 230/1/60, 4" flange, NSN 4320P0179962520, PR FE252082550017 -Two (2) submersible pumps, 3 HP, 3 Phase, 230V, 4" flange, NSN 4320P0179882520, PR FE252082530049 -Two (2) hyrdromatic submersible pumps, 4" flange, 208/3/60, 25'cord, NSN 4320P0179562520, PR FE252082530052 -Two (2) submersible pumps, 2 HP, 208/3/60, 4" flanged outlet, 25' cord, NSN 4320P0179562520, PR FE 252082660052 The anticipated award date is on or about 5 Jan 2009. These items will be delivered to Patrick AFB, FL. Expected delivery date is 30 days after date of contract. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-09-T-0012 U00001 issued as a Request for Quotation. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 3561, business size standard, number of employees 500 and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 333911. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 22 Dec 2008 and close on or about 30 Dec 08 at www.fbo.gov.
