- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FM44278240087; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26, Defense DCN 20080812, and AFAC 2008-0605. This acquisition will be 100% total small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450. The business size standard is 100 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6630. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5047. Travis AFB intends to award a brand name purchase order for the following line item: 0001: Oximeter to include the following components: AVOX4000-110 Avoximeter Instruments 4000 QTY:2 Each SE300 SYMO Labelwriter SE 300 QTY:2 Each Cuvettes for the Avoxmeter C1008 QTY:2 Each Cuvettes for the Avoxmeter QV8, Optical QC Filter QCYO QTY:2 Each Dymo/Costar Printer Pater QTY:2 Each 2 copies of applicable manuals Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. Please include shipping and handling in your order. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items.
