- This Notice of Intent is issued to advise industry of the Governments intentto increase the ceiling of contract N65236-04-D-8701 with INDUS Technology, Inc. for Administrative and Financial Support Services. SPAWARSYSCEN CHASN is tasked to engineer, deliver and support fully integrated, interoperable information technology systems through dedicated warfighter focus, professional employee development, industry partnership, and continuous process and product improvement. To complete this mission SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston uses engineering, technical, administrative and financial personnel to provide program management and a varety of administrative services, financial management services, and other technical support services. This notice of intent IS NOT a request for competitive proposals. This increase in ceiling of $900,000 will be issued to satisfy the agency's needs during the remaining period of contract performance while a a follow-on competitive procurement is processed.
