- Description
- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the service to analyze the use of multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) as a means of streamlining non-native invasive plant management planning, environmental analysis, and implementation on Army installations. The period of service will be no later than 15 September 2009. This proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for W9132T-09-T-0017 will be issued on or about 29 December 2008 with a closing date on or about 9 January 2009. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: ERDC Contracting Officer, Champaign Branch, Attn: Diane Biggs, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61826-9005. Requests may also be submitted via facsimile at (217) 373-6773 or e-mail to d-biggs@cecer.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted.
