- Take-A-Penny Leave-A-Penny Tray from here forward referred to as Take-A-Penny Trays for United States Army Accessions Command (USAAC) at Fort Knox, KY. The contractor shall provide Take-A-Penny Trays that are similar or equal to Identiy Links Take-A-Penny Tray, Part Number RT004 (www.identitylinks.com). This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS 541890 (Size Standard: $7.0M) applies to this procurement. The government intends to award a requirements type contract, firm fixed price from date of award for base year with three (3) option years. All responsible business sources may submit an offer. The solicitation will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry Acquisition Business Web Site at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and the Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center Fort Knox homepage at http://doc.knox.army.mil on or about 19 December 2008 with offers due on or about 5 January 2009. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted.
