- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F3H3G38315A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-21. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 561730 and the small business size standard is $7.0 Million. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; Statement of Work : Removal of 19 dead, evergreen or deciduous trees at the West end of the flight line at Offutt AFB. ALL TREES ARE TAPED WITH GREEN X's AND ARE VISIBLE FROM FORT CROOK ROAD SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS. FOB: Destination for delivery to Offutt AFB, NE 68113. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable.
