- 1. Due dates are postponed; new dates and times are as follows: (a) questions, to include requests to revise or consider alternative terms and conditions, are due 12 Noon Pacific time, Monday February 2, 2009. Email to Mark.Levi@gsa.gov. (b) qualifications documents (as defined in the solicitation) are due 12 Noon Pacific time, Friday 6, 2009. Email to Mark.Levi@gsa.gov. Offerors who have already submitted qualifications documents and do not wish to make changes need not resubmit. (c ) price proposals (as defined in the solicitation) are due 10:30 AM Pacific time, Friday February 13, 2009. Email to Mark.Levi@gsa.gov. Price proposals must remain valid for 1/2 hour, to 11:00 AM Pacific time, Friday Februrary 13, 2009. 2. Term of service is revised to cover accounts as billing cycles begin in March 2009, through the end of billing cycles in March 2010 (12 months of service).
