- Seeking a contractor who can provide a maximum of four (4) fully certificed and qualified JTAC (Joint Terminal Attack Control) instructors. These instructors shall work at various locations in Iraq to teach terminal attack control of Iraqi Air Force (IqAF) assets. These instructors shall be required to teach Iraqi Special Operation Forces (ISOF) personnel with the objective of reaching established proficiencies in organic communication equipment use, English speaking, map and compass skills, to include land navigation, target graphic builds, and terminal control of Iraqi assets. All ISOF shall be trained to the levels required by their duty assignments; this requirement will be a fully qualified I-FAC as outlined in I-FAC OI 2008-01.
