- SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic intends to issue a commercial, sole source contract, toMil-Sat, LLC, 318 Bank Street, Surry, VA 23883-2725, for shipboard satellitetelevision equipment in accordance with FAR 6.302-5 (b)(5). Mil-Sat, LLC is aHUBZone small business firm. This is only approved satellite tracking systemsupported by the COMNAVAIRFORCES. These items are used to receive ArmedForces Radio and Television System signals within the Navy's SatelliteTelevision Receive Only (TVRO) systems. MIL-SAT Corporation is themanufacturer of this approved equipment configuration for TVRO. A FirmFixed Price contract is anticipated. This is a one time purchase. TheapplicableNorth American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 517410 and thesizestandard is $15 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitiveproposals. Any questions relating to this announcement or interested partyinquiries are due in writing no later than seven (7) daysfrom the date this notice is published.
