The subject items require Government source approval prior to contract awar d, as the items are considered flight critical and technical data package is n ot available. Only the source previously approved by the Government has been s olicited. The time required approval for a new source is normally such that an award can not be delayed pending approval for a new source. If you are not an approved source you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in http:/www.neco.navy.mil/sar.cfm Naval Inventory Control Point (Philadelphia) Source Approval Information Brochure for Spares.
