- Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) has a requirement to procure and install three (3) Fire Alarm Detection/Suppression Systems. Services are being requested to furnish all labor, material, supplies, equipment, labor and transportation, including fuel, power and water, to perform all work in accordance with specifications and drawings at Pine Bluff Arsenal Buildings 23-370; 35-520; & 44-100. Work to include, but not limited to, removal of part of the existing system components, fabrication, etc. Solicitation W911RP09R0005 will be issued on or about 29DEC2008 with closing date on or about 29JAN2009. This acquisition is being issued Pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, NAICS 232820 / $14.M.
