- The Information Technology, E-Commerce & Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4) on behalf of Business Transformation Agency is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) for Enterprise Funds Distribution system solution. The contents of this solicitation are as follows: PLEASE email your request as soon as possible to facilitate proposal submission on 5 Jan 09 closing date. 1. Pricing / CLIN Structure 2.Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Procedures 3.Performance Work Statement 4.Functional Requirements List 5.Business Demonstration Scenarios Proposals are due no later than Monday, January 5, 2009 at 2:00 PM EST This RFP is issued to procure an integrated funds distribution system solution which is Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and Financial Systems Integration Office (FSIO) compliant. Basis of award is low priced, technically acceptable offer with acceptable past performance. To be technically acceptable, proposed solution must meet all mandatory and priority requirements of the Functional Requirements List. Offerors with proposals determined technically acceptable, with acceptable past performance, will be required to provide a demonstration of product solution to validate functional requirements. We estimate the demonstrations will take place during the week of January 26th through February 2nd. This will be held in Crystal City, VA shortly after receipt of the proposals. It is the responsibility of the offeror to be available within this timeframe. Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Procedures address these requirements, as well as Past Performance and Price proposal submission and evaluation procedures. Please be sure to read and follow instructions to ensure your proposal is complete in order to be considered.
