- JANITORIAL SERVICE-BRADY BUILDING Janitorial service for VA occupied Brady Building at 1750 Elm. St. according to below specifications. This includes suites 105 and 112. Combined square footage is appx. 9271SF. Work to be performed between 1:00-3;00 pm. weekdays only-exclusive of holidays. Daily emptying of all trash containers and removal of all trash. Daily cleaning of bathroom. Daily sweeping and mopping of break room and bathroom. Every other day vacuuming of carpets. Clean office glass (as entrance door and office separations once per week. Clean windows once per year. Note it is the intention of the Government to award a three year contract composed of base and two option years.
