- Procurement of Equipment WET BLAST SYSTEM in accordance with Purchase Description DSCR-FAPBB-08-30-1036 dated 31 August 2008. The contractor shall ship to Customer’s facility FRC East Receiving Officer, MCAS Cunningham Street, Cherry Point, North Carolina and install WET BLAST SYSTEM prior to final inspection/acceptance at destination by customer. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Contract. Solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set Aside, full and open after exclusion of sources procedures. Contractor shall be responsible for shipping and training. QAP 208 is used for this requirement. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 30 calendar days after receipt of contract. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 11 December 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.dla.mil/RFP to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download.
