- Description
- The US Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, Department of National Security and Strategy has a requirement for a Director of Americas Regional course to develop, prepare and teach the Americas Course. The course Director shall be knowledge of the educational philosophy and instruction techniques of US Military educational institutions, such as the USAWC or equivalent. The Director will be an authority on the subject matter and have certification or equivalent and timely expertise in the field of study specified. The Director must be able to organize and conduct large group lecture and seminar group formats. The Director must be able to teach, design a course syllabus, and be totally familiar with U.S. Policy and strategy for the Americas. Provide written critiques of student performance IAW course requirements outlined in the USAWC Communicative Arts Directive. A Secret Security Clearance is required.. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award. Further information on registering with CCR may be obtained at website http://www.ccr.gov. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 611430 and the small business size standard is $6.5M. The solicitation release date will be on or about December 13, 2008.
