- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation #RFQ41702-010-09 (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 26. (iv) This procurement is set-aside for Small Business. (v) Subsistence Items: Meat (vi)Provide a fixed price for the items required.. (vii) Delivery to begin January 02, 2009 until January 31, 2009 to FCI, Milan, Michigan, 48160 (Destination) will be accepted from 7:30 am to 1:30 Monday - Thursdays Delays for delivery due to security concerns of facility and inherent weather will be incurred and are not reimbursable. (viii) The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, - Price (x) Offerors are to provide a copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. (xii) Payment will be made net 14 days ARO by electronic funds transfer or Credit Card. (xiii) Offers are due December 29, 2008 2:00 p.m. EST.
