- This is a pre-solicitation notice of the intent to conduct a commercial service acquisition. The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement to facilities maintenance for the period of a base year and four one year options. The NAICS code is 561210 and the small business size standard is $35.5. All responsible sources are invited to submit technical, price and past performance information in response to the solicitation instructions in the Request for Proposal. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. Request for Proposal Number HSCG40-09-R-40001 shall be made available for download from FedBizOps (www.eps.gov) on or about 09 January 2009. The services shall be performed at the U.S. Coast Guard YARD, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. The award resulting from the above mentioned RFP will be a firm fixed price requirement contract. For information regarding this acquisition, contact the Contracting officials listed herein.******
