- This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Office of Naval Research (ONR) has a requirement to procure one hundred and fifty two (152) Diskeeper 2008 Server Maintenance three (3) year license upgrades for 100-199 Machines (Part Number 129668); thirty (30) Diskeeper 2008 Professional Maintenance three (3) year license upgrades for 20-49 Machines (Part Number 129630); and Diskeeper 2008 Administration Console Maintenance three (3) year license upgrades for 1-10 Machines (Part Number 129685). The Order will contain three (3) contract line items (CLINs). The period of performance of the Order will be from the effective date of order through thirty-six (36) months thereafter. Any Offeror who deviates from the Government’s requirement should provide an explanation in their quote package. An Order will be awarded to the responsible Offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government. The Contract Specialist must receive any questions concerning the RFQ no later than three (3) business days before the response date of this solicitation. Any quotes received by the closing date and time will be considered by the Government. Any responses received after the closing date and time will be treated as a late submission. Responses to this Notice should be submitted to Mr. Tysenn at Anthony.tysenn@navy.mil by 2:00PM (Eastern Standard Time) on Friday, 19 December 2008.
