- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Part 12 and 13). 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for two (2) Helical Rotary HVAC Chillers, RTHD380, Water-cooled, Series R9RM, 380 nominal tons, Manufacture assisted startup, UL Listing, ASHRAE 90.1 compliant, ARI certified, Refrigerant Isolation Valves, Standard Safety Devices, Full Factory Refrigerant Charge (1 34a), Shrink Wrap, Internal and External Enhanced Evap Tube, 4 pass Evaporator, 2 pass condenser, 460/60/3, Wye delta closed transition starter, Terminal block conn for incoming lines, 5 year parst warranty on motor/compressor, disconnect and control interface, and 1 ½" insulation for (2) Chillers. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is subject to the non-manufacturer rule and is unrestricted. Solicitation No. FA2521-09-T-0007 shall be issued as a Request for Quotation. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 4130, business size of 500 and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 423730. GSA Schedule holders for this item/service are encouraged to provide us with their GSA Schedule number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 15 Dec 2008 at www.eps.gov. Proposals may be submitted via hard copy, fax (321-494-5136), or e-mail.
