Use your email "read notification" to confirm receipt of your registration email. The Government is not responsible for any undelivered email transmissions. This is a Source Selection Requirement for Subsurface Harpoon Guided Missile Simulator (SHGMS) Engineering Support, award will be base on Technical Proposal, Past Performance Information and Cost/Price Proposal. Valid registrants to this synopsis will receive an email from the Indian Head Contracts POC notifying them of the solicitation's posting date. Solicitations are ONLY available through download from FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov and NECO at www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors are ineligible for award unless registered in DOD's Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for the NAICS code 541330 Size Standard $27M, of this synopsis within Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov). Information regarding CCR and ORCA can be found through the Business Partners Network (BPN at http://www.bpn.go). This solicitation will be available for downloading beginning approximately 01-05-09. Copies of solicitations will NOT be emailed, faxed, mailed or provided in person. These requests WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED.
