- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7, Network Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with The University of Alabama to Develop and Deploy RELIVE Reminiscence and Entrepreneurial Legacy Intervention Veterans Enactment on one (1) Community Living Center for the VA Southeast Network. The NAICS code is 611310 and size standard is $7.0 million. The contract period will be from January 01, 2009 through September 30, 2009 with one option period. This Notice of Intent is Not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties that can provide similar services or equal product must submit their technical specifications of product or services, past performance information, price and delivery time, detailing how their services meet VA requirements, to the Contracting Specialist via e-mail or fax at: 478-274-5591. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
