- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N0019-08-G-0011 with Micro Systems, Inc. of Fort Walton Beach FL 32548. The Naval Aerial Target Program Office (PMA 208) utilizes the System for Naval Target Control (SNTC) as its sole platform for Target control and guidance. The purpose of this Delivery Order is to create an Integrated Control Document (ICD). The ICD will allow SNTC to be integrated into new target vehicles not limited to, but including,the Multi Stage Supersonic Target (MSST) and the Sub Sonic Aerial Target (SSAT); allowing for the initial acquisition and deployment of these Target platforms to the field.
