- NSN 5960-01-100-4454, PR #0020481986, Electron Tube. This requirement is for a total quantity of 510. Item is solicited under Full and Open Competition I/A/W (13499) 256-0176. First Article Testing is not required. Estimated delivery is 120 days at 100 each per month. Inspection / Acceptance at Origin. FOB to Tracy, CA. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of December 29, 2008. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
