- The US Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4), ATTN: SFCA-IT-BTA, Hoffman I, 2461 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22331-1700, on behalf of the Business Transformation Agency (BTA) awarded a Sole Source contract (Statutory Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Other Than Full and Open Competition; Only One Responsible Source) to KPMG, LLP, 2001 M Street, NW, Washington, DC 20036-1700. The purpose of this contract is to provide a short term bridge contract providing for transition support until new cross agency services support (CASS) multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract is in place. Given the short term time frame of the award, and critical nature of the services, KPMP, LLP is currently the only responsible source with corporate knowledge that can provide the continuity and transitional support The period of performance for the bridge contract is from 8 December 2008 to 7 March 2009 with three (3) one (1) month option periods for a total potential period of performance to 7 June 2009. This notice is posted for informational purposes.
