- Description
- The 61st Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate sole source procurement with E2M in accordance with 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other will satisfy the Agency's requirements. This procurement is for Engineering and Environmental Services to be provided to Los Angeles Air Force Base, Ca for duration of 120 days, beginning January 15, 2009. In the meantime a competitive solicitation will be posted for this requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting their request in writing with complete name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and a point of contact. Any Firm that believes it can provide the stated capabilities is invited to submit written notification to the Contract Specialist by 12:00 PM, December 15, 2008. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the firm's ability to provide the stated capability. Reponses will be evaluated, but a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no responses are received, the 61st Contracting Squadron will proceed with the sole source contract. Inquiries will only be accepted through e-mail.
