- Description
- The purpose of this modification is to change the set-aside status to 8(a) set-aside in lieu of 100% Small Business set-aside. Plesae note, GS-04P-09-EW-D-0040 is for Asheville, NC and surrounding counties. This contract will be a Firm Fixed Price. The purpose of this solicitation is to select a contractor to perform partitioning and miscellaneous repairs for the Asheville, North Carolina Satellite Office and surrounding areas. Deliver orders awarded from this contract will range from $2,000 to $500,000. The minimum guarantee is $2,500. The maximum order limitation is $500,000. The contract includes a 12 month base and two (2) twelve month option periods. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for each delivery order over $25,000. The contractor will provide all labor, material, supplies, transportation, equipment, and supervision to complete the project. Trades required are carpenter, plumbers, electricians, laborers, and painter. These and other trades are identified in the Davis Bacon Wage Determinations in the solicitation. The NAICS CODE is 236220. The Size Standard is $33.5 million. This procurement is an 8(a) set-aside. Solicitation Documents and specifications will be available ONLINE ONLY on or about 12/15/2008.
