- Description
- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Contracting Operations Branch intends to issue a Competitive 8(a) solicitation to procure Technical Assistance Center (TAC) services for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Office of Public and Indian Housing (PIH), the Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) Department. The Contractor shall Operate a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) that is a Multi-Channel Inquiry Center (MCIC) that provides technical assistance to the PIH-REAC. The PIH-REAC Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is a multi-channel inquiry operation fielding over 150,000 inquiries annually from a broad range of HUD stakeholders, internal and external users, and questions from the general public. The TAC receives inquiries regarding HUD program area products, federal regulations, business protocols, and technical questions. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541611, Title: Administrative Management and General management consulting Services, Size Standard is $7.0 million. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be made available on or after January 30, 2009; all interested parties should submit a written request for the RFP to the email address provide or a facsimile request to (303) 672-5062, Attn: Toni Hoskinson.
