- General Services Administration is seeking new space for approximately 361,000 usable square feet of warehouse (which is 80% of the requirement), office space, storage area, break room area, conference and training area with 100 outside parking spaces for vehicles on 14 acres of land. Delineated area: South on Highway 138, West on Highway 92, North on Highway I-20, and East on Bouldercrest Road. Other items considered: The government must have access to parking spaces 7 days a week/24 hours a day. Required: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations to be provided as a part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required on or before September 1, 2009.
