- The first two sentences of the synopsis for this project, posted November 5, 2008, are amended to read as follows: The project consists of design and construction of a 15,300 SF to 18,000 SF dining facility at Creech AFB. Project will be constructed using a pre-engineered building (PEB) with reinforced foundation and floor slab, structural steel frames, metal exterior walls, standing seam metal roof, all required utilities, communication support, fire detection/protections, parking, site improvements, landscaping, and all other necessary support.
