- Department of Veterans Affairs, North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System, with primary sites located in Gainesville and Lake City, Florida, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Architect/Engineering services for an A/E to conduct a study for Project 573A4-09-116, NF/SG Facility Master Plan Study. This project will provide a planning development master plan for the renovation projects that will be developed after the completion of a major project in the Gainesville facility and the future renovations at Gainesville and Lake City facilities. In addition, this plan is to forecast, as accurately as possible, the current and future facilities needs. Interested firms shall have the capability of engaging all additional disciplines as necessary to provide a complete proposal. Estimated cost range for this study is $250,000-$500,000. NAICS code for this project is 541330. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. Potential contractors must be registered in CCR (www.ccr.gov) and Vet Biz (www.vetbiz.gov) at time of submission of their qualifications in order to be considered for an award. Area of consideration: Firms must be within a 200 mile radius of the VAMC, Lake City, FL. Please submit your qualifications and past performance data on SF330 (architect-engineer qualifications).
