- The RFI Autonomous Biodetection Systems Acquisition Concept of Operations (ACONOPS) is hereby Amended. The paragraph on page 2 of the ACONOPS previously stated: Additional detail on the DHS requirements is included in the Gen-3 Operational Requirements Document (ORD). This document is For Official Use Only. Prospective respondents may obtain access to the document by registering on the FedTeDS tool and by completing a DHS Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA and access to FedTeDS can be requested through the contacts listed below. The paragraph is amended to read: Additional detail on the DHS requirements is contained in the Gen-3 Operational Requirements Document (ORD). This document is Sensitive But Unclassified – For Official Use Only. Some respondents may be invited to make a presentation to DHS focused on the matters addressed in this RFI. Respondents who are invited to make additional presentations may be provided access to the ORD. Additionally, the response due date of 2:00 p.m. (1400hrs) 8 December 2008 is hereby extended until 1400hrs 11 December 2008. Ensure that responses are submitted to BioWatchGen3@hq.dhs.gov
