- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for Tyndall AFB for the following commercial item(s):CLIN 0001 -2 Ea: Medtester 5000C CMMS Connectivity. Manufactured by FLUKE Biomedical, part number: 2585098, Model number: 5000 C/B. Includes Medtester 5000C (115VAC only), Module 2 - RS232/Printer, Module 3 - 100 record storage, Module 4 - Expanded record storage, Module 6 - Data transfer, Module 7 - Medcheck, Module 10 - CMMS interface. 2 copies of operator's manual/ service literature, 2 Kelvin cables/ground pin adapters. The required electrical safety analyzer must be able to check 10 patient leads and have storing/printing capabilities for at a minimum 100 records. This requirement is brand name or equal IAW FAR 52.211-6. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 423450 applies to this procurement. The small business size standard is: 100 employees. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27 and Defense Change Notice 20081124. FOB: Destination for delivery to 325th MDG, 340 Magnolia Circle, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403. Goods must be delivered 60 days After Receipt of Order.
