- The New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NMVAHCS), located in Albuquerque, New Mexico intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Citation Clinical Labeling Systems 155 Sherwood Avenue, Farmingdale, New York 11735 on behalf of the VA Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center (VA CSPCRPCC) to provide customized pharmaceutical labels. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 10 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability and qualifications of the firm to provide these services. If no responses are received, the NMVAHCS will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Citation Business Forms Inc. NAICS Code: 323110, Size Standard is 500 employees.
