- NAICS Code: 532112 with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-DC-09-00039 is applicable and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-03 The U.S.Environmental Protection Agency's, Emergency Response Service Center intends to lease a 2009 Chevrolet Suburban 4WD LT for a total of 36 months, (3 calendar years). This requirement is open to all sources who are actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Sources may register at www.ccr.gov. Applicable NAICS is 532112. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is anticipated. The anticipated award date is 17 December 2008. However, RFP responses are due 8 December 2008. Responses must be submitted in accordance with instructions of Evaluation-Commercial Items (FAR 52.212-2) as stated in the RFP and provided to the Point of Contact (POC) Ron Bell, at (bell.ron@epa.gov) and cheatham.micole@epa.gov no later than 8 December 2008, 5:00pm EST. The provision at 52.212-1, instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, is applied to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items is incorporated and theGovernment intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to that responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate the offers: The specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision are, (1) Technical capability of the contractor to meet the Governments minimumrequirements., and 2) Price.
