- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to enter into a contract with Atlantic Services Group Inc. DBA Atlantic Valet for leasing of parking facilities at 11400 Rockville Pike & 5515 Security Lane, Rockville Md. Award shall be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13.500. The proposed award is for services under NAICS 812930 Parking Lots and Garages. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is issued for information purposes and not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed action based on responses from this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Reponses to this notice must be sent via e-mail to Christopher.Cunningham@fda.hhs.gov or Patricia.Pemberton@fda.hhs.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. QUESTION SUBMITTAL DUE DATE: All questions are to be submitted via e-mail to Christopher.Cunningham@fda.hhs.gov no later than 4:00 p.m., EST on December 15, 2008. CLOSING DATE: This announcement closes December 18, 2008 at 4:00 p.m., EST: THE ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: The anticipated award date is on or about December 22, 2008 however, dates in this announcement are subject to change. PROVISIONS and CLAUSES: The clause at FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions, commercial items applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders, Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services, FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer, FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration. Clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and apply to this acquisition.
