- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration in Oklahoma City, OK, has a requirement for monthly scheduled maintenance, inspections and intervening calls for C.P. Bourg model BST-20, Baum 2015 and Alpha document binder, along with other related equipment as listed on the attached RFQ 09-00112. Performance will be located in the Multiple Purpose Building located on the campus of the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK. All contractors doing business with the FAA must certify that they are registered with the Central Contractor Registration, www.ccr.gov, at the time of proposal submission. Additionally, all contractors shall complete and return the attached Business Declaration Form with their quotes. Quotes must be received by the FAA by fax, 405/954-9219, or e-mail, peggy.ctr.brooks@faa.gov, no later than 3:00 p.m. CST, December 12, 2008. All quotes should reference the RFQ number, 09-00112. Any responses received after 3:00 p.m. CST, December 12, 2008, will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals. If all requested information is not furnished, the vendor's response may be determined ineligible. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the acquisition process.
