- JIEDDO/J6 Electronic Warfare Dynamic Analytics & Test, Inc. contract extension N00178-06-D-4740 M801 The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD intends to issue an extension to Task Order N00178-06-D-4740-M801 for a duration of five months with DYNAMIC ANALYTICS and TEST (DA&T), 2107 Wilson Blvd Suite 625, Arlington VA 22201 to obtain support services for the Counter Radio Frequency Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Support for the Joint Staff (J6B) and the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO). The requirement consists of an Improvised Explosive Device Defeat (IED-D) and Counter Rockets, Artillery, and Mortar (C-RAM) Basis Study and direct Action Officer or Chief of Staff support. The contractor is required to gather intelligence, operational studies, and insights into IED-D, C-RAM, and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) problems. This extension is being pursued on a continuity of services basis as a delay of work is unacceptable and would result in break in services. This notice is for informational purposes only. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS; however, responsible interested parties may submit information in which they can identify interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Responses must be received by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on 12 December 2008. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement falls under SeaPort-e. The anticipated Task Order number for this action is N00178-06-D-4740-M80102. The Government will not pay for any information received.
