Description

This is a brand name-specific justification. It is justifying the acquisition of IBM software products and maintenance support. FMS has awarded numerous software maintenance contracts with IBM covering different products acquired over several years. This acquisition will combine all of the IBM products and contracts under a single Software Relationship Offer (SRO) reducing contract management.
